Workshop 'Effective Communication for Lawyers'

Shouldn’t we rank effective communication as the most valuable skill a lawyer can possess?

Well, in this one-day training (in English) David Cowan learns us to communicate in the radically and rapidly changing environment of professional law today. He offers a deep dive into understanding communication as behaviour, as well as practical tools and insights. David connects theory to practice in order to improve client communication, and to support the current transformation of legal work and to prepare us for future developments and disruptions in the legal profession.

He also introduces ‘The Dialogue Box’ and explains how to use this foundational communication tool in everyday (and even intercultural) legal work. David provides a solid grounding in the theoretical context and he will expand the horizons of the relationship between law and communication in a brilliant way.

After this training practicing lawyers, as well as arbitrators, mediators and negotiators will be able to use various channels, tools and skills of communication. Cowan’s trainings are highly useful, clear and interesting. He gives the tools which enable us to practice this manner of communication by ourselves – impactfully and simply.
