Final Competencies:
  1. Have in-depth knowledge of the applicable treaties and legislation concerning international and European civil procedural law, including the relevant case law of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
  2. Critically reflect on current issues in this field, taking into account the ongoing evolution of legislation and case law.
  3. Recognize and analyze problems that arise in the application of procedural rules in cross-border contexts.
