Ana Taleska is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/M&A practice of Loyens & Loeff and is
Affiliated Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge where she also serves as a
Director of Studies at Wolfson College. In the academic year 2021-22, Ana was the Slaughter
and May Lecturer in Corporate Law and Corporate Finance at the University of Cambridge.
Ana holds a Ph.D. degree from Ghent University and LL.M. degrees from Harvard Law School
and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Prior to joining Ghent University as a teaching assistant and
doctoral researcher, Ana served in the Legal Department of the International Monetary Fund.
Her research interests and publications are in the areas of comparative corporate governance,
corporate finance and capital markets.
